about Ian

Ian has been baking since the age of 11 and throughout his life has had an interest for great tasting and fantastic looking food.  After attending a two-day Bread Angels course with Gaye Whitwam and then with Vanessa Kimbell at the Sourdough School, the focus of his 40 something life, changed.
